Work continues on the new building …
Today has been a thrilling day at the new building, the workers are preparing to lay the footings and add columns to support the additional 3000 square feet on the second story. The unnecessary walls on the second story have been removed to make way for the Team National departments that will be occupying the space. The Team National signs are going up outside and we couldn’t be more excited for the future!

Work has begun
The new Team National Corporate Office is undergoing a transformation to make it the perfect place for Team National to call home. We have finalized the architectural plans and are excited to embark on the construction process.
We have begun the process of demolition in order to install the footings and columns necessary to add a floor and expand the second story by nearly 3000 square feet.
We have cleared away walls to make room for our IT department on the second floor and are already planning the furnishings and products that will be on display in the new Team National Factory Direct showroom. To see all the recent construction images please click here.

The Process of Building Begins…
The architectural plans for the new Team National Corporate office have been finalized and the permit approval process required to do the necessary construction at the new building is underway. We are all very excited and ready to watch the changes as they develop and we will keep you informed. Even now plans have begun for furnishings for the New Team National Factory Direct showroom… we guarantee it will be extraordinary!

Mid August New HQ Update
Mid August New TNHQ Update – The City of Davie has approved our parking study, which allows us to add approximately 3000 sq. ft on the 2nd level. We will utilize this space for a filming studio, expansion of customer service/data processing and additional storage. With this approval, we have finalized the office layout and the 12,000 sq. ft. showroom for TNFD. The architect is working on plumbing and electrical drawings to submit for our building permit. We are also happy to report that through our teamwork, we have finalized the signage for the facility…it looks great. Now we are eagerly awaiting the permits so we can officially brand it Team National. Hey, take a look at the new palm trees that were just planted. They are big, beautiful, and represent what South Florida is all about!
